Health and Safety Regulations at City Padel KL

These health and safety regulations are established to protect all members, guests, staff, and visitors of City Padel KL, located in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. By implementing strict hygiene protocols, we ensure the safe, hygienic, and responsible use of the Club’s facilities for everyone who comes to enjoy padel fun and play padel, in accordance with our padel club regulations.

2.1. Users declare that they are physically fit and not suffering from any condition that may prevent them—or any minor under their care—from safely participating in activities at City Padel KL, located in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, while adhering to health and safety guidelines set by the padel club regulations.

2.2. Users consent to receive medical attention deemed necessary by Club staff or medical personnel in the event of injury, accident, or illness arising during participation in padel fun activities, ensuring that all hygiene protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment.

2.3. Users confirm that they possess adequate medical insurance to cover any injury, accident, or damage sustained while using the facilities. In the absence of such insurance, Users agree to bear full responsibility for all medical or related costs incurred while they play padel.

3.1. Users at City Padel KL are expected to maintain good personal hygiene and wear clean sportswear when using the courts located near KLCC to align with health and safety standards.  

3.2. Individuals exhibiting symptoms of infectious illnesses (including fever, flu, or contagious skin conditions) will not be allowed to enter or use the Facilities. This measure is part of our hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for everyone who comes to play padel.  

3.3. Hand sanitization before and after play is strongly encouraged to promote health during your padel fun and adhere to our Club's health and safety practices.  

3.4. Sharing of towels, water bottles, or personal sports equipment is prohibited to uphold hygiene standards that are essential for all Users.  

3.5. While the Club regularly sanitizes courts and shared equipment, we recommend that Users bring their own gear for added safety as part of our hygiene protocols.  

3.6. Spitting, littering, or improper disposal of waste is strictly prohibited to maintain clean and welcoming facilities for everyone in Kuala Lumpur, in accordance with the Club regulations.  

3.7. Users must comply with any government-issued public health requirements or Club hygiene policies currently in effect.

4.1. Users at City Padel KL must adhere to all safety signage, warnings, and verbal instructions from Club staff to ensure health and safety for everyone.  

4.2. Appropriate footwear and attire must be worn at all times while enjoying padel fun, in accordance with hygiene protocols, to prevent injury.  

4.3. Players are not allowed to enter the courts during cleaning, maintenance, or wet conditions, which ensures a safe play padel experience in line with padel club regulations.  

4.4. Children under twelve (12) years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while at the KLCC facility.  

4.5. Alcohol consumption prior to or during gameplay is strongly discouraged for safety reasons, as we prioritize a safe atmosphere in Kuala Lumpur.  

4.6. All injuries, hazards, or unsafe conditions must be immediately reported to Club staff to maintain a secure environment for all players.

5.1. Users understand that participating in activities such as padel at City Padel KL, pickleball, and other sports in KLCC involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: (a) minor injuries such as cuts, bruises, sprains, and strains; (b) fractures, concussions, or dislocations; (c) bodily contact or collisions with other participants; (d) eye injuries, spinal injuries, paralysis, or death; (e) equipment malfunction, improper use, or facility defects. 5.2. Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in padel fun and agree to comply with all health and safety regulations and padel club regulations as well as hygiene protocols put in place by Club staff for their safety and the safety of others while enjoying their time in Kuala Lumpur.

6.1. In the event of an injury or emergency at City Padel KL, Users must notify staff immediately to ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.  

6.2. First aid kits are readily available at the reception, conveniently located for all enjoying padel fun at our facility near KLCC, supporting our hygiene protocols.  

6.3. Emergency exits and evacuation routes are clearly marked and must remain unobstructed at all times to uphold safety for everyone in Kuala Lumpur, in accordance with padel club regulations.  

6.4. In the case of an emergency evacuation, Users must promptly and calmly follow staff instructions to ensure a smooth process while visiting to play padel.

7.1. Failure to comply with the padel club regulations at City Padel KL may lead to suspension of facility access or membership privileges for those wishing to enjoy padel fun in KLCC. 7.2. City Padel KL reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who poses a health and safety risk or fails to adhere to hygiene protocols in our Kuala Lumpur facility.

By entering City Padel KL in Kuala Lumpur, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these health and safety regulations, as well as the hygiene protocols established by the padel club. They also assume full responsibility for their participation and conduct while enjoying padel activities.
