1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all facilities at City Padel KL, including padel courts, pickleball courts, a restaurant, bar, and associated amenities (collectively referred to as “the Facilities”) located in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. Along with these Terms, Users are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the court booking policy to ensure a smooth experience.
1.2. By entering, accessing, or using any part of the Facilities, all members, guests, and visitors (“Users”) agree to be bound by these Terms, the membership agreements, and any other policies issued by the Club, where you can enjoy padel fun and play padel with friends while adhering to the established padel court rules.
1.3. The Club reserves the right to amend or update these Terms without prior notice. The most recent version will be made available on the Club’s official website and at the reception counter.
2.1. Access to the padel and pickleball courts at City Padel KL may require adherence to membership agreements, guest passes, or individual booking fees.
2.2. All court bookings for padel fun must be made via the Club’s approved court booking policy using the designated booking system (e.g., Playtomic) or at the reception in KLCC.
2.3. Bookings are personal, non-transferable, and must be utilized by the registered individual as stipulated in the padel court rules.
2.4. Cancellations or rescheduling must comply with the booking system’s policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
2.5. The Club reserves the right to reallocate, reschedule, or cancel bookings in the event of maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances.
2.6. All users must check in at the reception before entering any court or facility in Kuala Lumpur.
3.1. At City Padel KL, it is mandatory to wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking sports shoes on all courts as part of our court booking policy.
3.2. Only approved padel or pickleball rackets and balls are permitted for play padel sessions, in accordance with the padel court rules.
3.3. Users must vacate the courts promptly at the end of their allocated session to allow other members in Kuala Lumpur to enjoy their time, as outlined in our membership agreements.
3.4. To maintain a safe environment for all participants, no food, glass, or breakable containers are allowed on the courts.
3.5. Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the premises of KLCC.
3.6. Users must maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior at all times. Abusive, aggressive, or disruptive conduct towards staff or other users at City Padel KL will not be tolerated and may lead to suspension or expulsion, as stated in our court booking policy.
3.7. Any damage caused to Club property or equipment, whether accidental or due to misuse, will be the financial responsibility of the person(s) involved, consistent with the terms in our membership agreements.
4.1. The restaurant and bar at City Padel KL, situated in KLCC, welcome all members and visitors during official operating hours, making it an ideal location for enjoying some padel fun while adhering to our court booking policy.
4.2. Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless expressly approved by management, in accordance with our membership agreements.
4.3. Alcoholic beverages will be served only to individuals aged 21 years and older, and valid identification may be requested to ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
4.4. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who exhibits signs of intoxication or inappropriate behavior, in line with our padel court rules.
4.5. For safety reasons, consuming alcohol prior to or during gameplay is strongly discouraged, especially at our busy padel facility in Kuala Lumpur.
4.6. Users are responsible for settling all restaurant and bar bills before departure to ensure a smooth experience at City Padel KL.
5.1. City Padel KL may host various tournaments, exhibitions, and corporate bookings or private events, creating an exciting atmosphere for padel enthusiasts in Kuala Lumpur.
5.2. For court booking at our KLCC location for private functions, prior approval is required along with a signed event agreement and payment of any applicable deposits to ensure a smooth experience in accordance with our court booking policy.
5.3. The Club reserves the right to limit or restrict public access to certain areas during private or sponsored events, ensuring that all guests enjoy their time following our padel court rules when they play at City Padel KL.
6.1. Users understand and acknowledge that participation in padel, pickleball, or any other activities conducted at City Padel KL, located in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, involves inherent risks. These risks include, but are not limited to: (a) minor injuries such as cuts, bruises, sprains, and muscle strains; (b) broken bones, joint injuries, concussions, head and neck injuries; (c) injuries stemming from bodily contact or collisions with other participants; (d) eye injuries, spinal injuries, paralysis, and/or death; (e) injuries resulting from the use or misuse of equipment; (f) equipment malfunction or breakage; and (g) improper maintenance or unforeseen hazards within the Facility. 6.2. Users agree to comply with all safety notices, instructions, and directions provided by City Padel KL staff, adhering to the court booking policy at all times. 6.3. Users voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, death, theft, or damage to personal property that may arise from their own acts, omissions, conduct, or negligence while participating in the padel fun activities, in accordance with the membership agreements and padel court rules. 6.4. Children must be at least five (5) years of age to use the Facilities at City Padel KL and must be supervised by a responsible adult if they are under twelve (12) years of age. 6.5. Any adult responsible for a child or minor shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms on behalf of the child or minor and must directly supervise them at all times.
7.1. All Users enter and utilize the facilities at City Padel KL, located in KLCC, entirely at their own risk while enjoying padel fun and adhering to the padel court rules.
7.2. City Padel KL, along with its owners, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any personal injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to personal property sustained within the premises in Kuala Lumpur, except in cases of proven negligence, as outlined in our membership agreements.
7.3. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless City Padel KL against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions or breaches of these Terms while they play padel, consistent with our court booking policy.
7.4. In the event of injury, accident, or medical emergency, Users must notify Club staff immediately.
8.1. City Padel KL is not responsible for any lost, misplaced, or stolen items while you enjoy padel fun at our facilities in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. Please refer to the court booking policy for more details on facility usage under the membership agreements and padel court rules.
8.2. Any found items will be kept at the reception for fourteen (14) days. After this period, unclaimed items may be donated or disposed of at the Club’s discretion.
9.1. By entering the premises of City Padel KL, Users consent to photography and video recording for Club promotional purposes, including digital and social media, unless a written objection is submitted. This policy applies to all locations, including those within the KLCC area of Kuala Lumpur, where padel fun is encouraged. As part of our membership agreements and court booking policy, we aim to create an enjoyable experience for everyone.
9.2. Additionally, commercial photography or filming within the premises is prohibited without prior written approval from the Club’s management, ensuring that all players can enjoy the padel court rules and have an uninterrupted time during their matches.
10.1. All users at City Padel KL, located in KLCC, are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous, responsible, and respectful manner at all times while enjoying padel fun in Kuala Lumpur. Adhering to the padel court rules is essential for a positive experience.
10.2. Instructions from Club staff must be followed immediately and without dispute, in line with the court booking policy, to ensure a smooth experience for everyone who comes to play padel.
10.3. Noise levels must be kept reasonable to maintain a pleasant environment for all visitors at our facilities, aligning with our membership agreements.
10.4. Any misconduct, vandalism, or violation of these Terms, including disregard for the padel court rules, may result in immediate removal from the premises and/or termination of membership without refund.
11.1. City Padel KL reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend, or terminate access to any individual who breaches these Terms, membership agreements, or engages in behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate during their padel fun experience. 11.2. The court booking policy allows the Club to temporarily close or restrict access to courts or facilities located in KLCC for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons without prior notice. 11.3. The interpretation and enforcement of these padel court rules are at the sole discretion of the City Padel KL management in Kuala Lumpur.
By booking a court at City Padel KL and entering the premises in KLCC, users agree to adhere to the court booking policy and acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the membership agreements and padel court rules established by City Padel KL in Kuala Lumpur.
