1.1. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all facilities at City Padel KL, including padel courts, pickleball courts, a restaurant, bar, and associated amenities (collectively referred to as “the Facilities”) located in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur.
1.2. By entering, accessing, or using any part of the Facilities, all members, guests, and visitors (“Users”) agree to be bound by these Terms and any other policies issued by the Club, where you can enjoy padel fun and play padel with friends.
1.3. The Club reserves the right to amend or update these Terms without prior notice. The most recent version will be made available on the Club’s official website and at the reception counter.
2.1. Access to the padel and pickleball courts at City Padel KL may be subject to membership, guest passes, or individual booking fees.
2.2. All court bookings for padel fun must be made through the Club’s approved booking system (e.g., Playtomic) or at the reception in KLCC.
2.3. Bookings are personal, non-transferable, and must be used by the registered individual.
2.4. Cancellations or rescheduling must comply with the booking system’s policy. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the booking fee.
2.5. The Club reserves the right to reallocate, reschedule, or cancel bookings in the event of maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances.
2.6. All Users must check in at the reception prior to entering any court or facility in Kuala Lumpur.
3.1. At City Padel KL, appropriate sports attire and non-marking sports shoes are mandatory on all courts.
3.2. Only approved padel or pickleball rackets and balls are permitted for play padel sessions.
3.3. Users must vacate the courts promptly at the end of their allocated session to allow others in Kuala Lumpur to enjoy their time.
3.4. No food, glass, or breakable containers are allowed on the courts to maintain a safe environment for all participants.
3.5. Smoking, vaping, and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited within the premises of KLCC.
3.6. Users must maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior at all times. Abusive, aggressive, or disruptive conduct towards staff or other users at City Padel KL will not be tolerated and may result in suspension or expulsion.
3.7. Any damage caused to Club property or equipment, whether accidental or due to misuse, will be the financial responsibility of the person(s) involved.
4.1. The restaurant and bar at City Padel KL, located in KLCC, are open to all members and visitors during official operating hours, making it a great spot for some padel fun.
4.2. Outside food and beverages are not allowed unless expressly approved by management.
4.3. Alcoholic beverages will only be served to individuals aged 21 years and above, and valid identification may be requested to ensure compliance.
4.4. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any individual displaying signs of intoxication or inappropriate behavior.
4.5. For safety reasons, consuming alcohol before or during gameplay is strongly discouraged, especially at our bustling padel facility in Kuala Lumpur.
4.6. Users are responsible for settling all restaurant and bar bills before departure to ensure a smooth experience at City Padel KL.
5.1. The City Padel KL may host various tournaments, exhibitions, corporate bookings, or private events, providing an exciting atmosphere for padel fun in Kuala Lumpur.
5.2. Venue or court reservations for private functions at our KLCC location require prior approval, a signed event agreement, and payment of any applicable deposits to ensure a smooth experience.
5.3. The Club reserves the right to limit or restrict public access to certain areas during private or sponsored events, ensuring that all guests enjoy their time when they play padel.
6.1. Users understand and acknowledge that participation in padel, pickleball, or any other activities conducted at City Padel KL, located in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: (a) minor injuries such as cuts, bruises, sprains, and muscle strains; (b) broken bones, joint injuries, concussion, head and neck injuries; (c) injuries resulting from bodily contact or collisions with other participants; (d) eye injuries, spinal injuries, paralysis, and/or death; (e) injuries resulting from use or misuse of equipment; (f) equipment malfunction or breakage; and (g) improper maintenance or unforeseen hazards within the Facility. 6.2. Users agree to comply with all safety notices, instructions, and directions provided by City Padel KL staff at all times. 6.3. Users voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury, death, theft, or damage to personal property arising out of their own acts, omissions, conduct, or negligence while participating in the padel fun Activities. 6.4. Children must be at least five (5) years of age to use the Facilities at City Padel KL, and must be supervised by a responsible adult if under twelve (12) years of age. 6.5. Any adult responsible for a child or minor shall be deemed to have agreed to these Terms on behalf of the child or minor and must directly supervise them at all times.
7.1. All Users enter and utilize the facilities at City Padel KL, located in KLCC, entirely at their own risk while enjoying padel fun.
7.2. City Padel KL, along with its owners, employees, and affiliates, shall not be liable for any personal injury, accident, illness, loss, or damage to personal property sustained within the premises in Kuala Lumpur, except in cases of proven negligence.
7.3. Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless City Padel KL against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their actions or breaches of these Terms while they play padel.
7.4. In the event of injury, accident, or medical emergency, Users must notify Club staff immediately.
8.1. City Padel KL is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or stolen items while enjoying padel fun at our facilities in KLCC, Kuala Lumpur.
8.2. Found items will be held at reception for fourteen (14) days. Unclaimed items may thereafter be donated or disposed of at the Club’s discretion.
9.1. By entering the premises of City Padel KL, Users consent to photography and video recording for Club promotional purposes, including digital and social media, unless a written objection is submitted. This applies to all locations, including those within the KLCC area of Kuala Lumpur, where padel fun is encouraged.
9.2. Additionally, commercial photography or filming within the premises is prohibited without prior written approval from the Club’s management, ensuring that everyone can enjoy their time to play padel without disruption.
10.1. All users at City Padel KL, located in KLCC, are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous, responsible, and respectful manner at all times while enjoying padel fun in Kuala Lumpur.
10.2. Instructions from Club staff must be followed immediately and without dispute to ensure a smooth experience for everyone who comes to play padel.
10.3. Noise levels must be kept reasonable to maintain a pleasant environment for all visitors at our facilities.
10.4. Any misconduct, vandalism, or violation of these Terms may result in immediate removal from the premises and/or termination of membership without refund.
11.1. City Padel KL reserves the right to refuse entry, suspend, or terminate access to any individual who breaches these Terms or engages in behavior deemed unsafe or inappropriate during their padel fun experience. 11.2. The Club reserves the right to temporarily close or restrict access to courts or facilities located in KLCC for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons without prior notice. 11.3. The interpretation and enforcement of these Terms are at the sole discretion of the City Padel KL management in Kuala Lumpur.
By booking a court at City Padel KL, entering the premises in KLCC, or using any part of the facilities for padel fun, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions as established by City Padel KL in Kuala Lumpur.
